SHIPPING POLICY
All orders may take up to 2- 4 weeks to arrive, however, many orders may arrive sooner. Shipping depends on the immediate availability of products. BWNC currently does not offer expedited shipping.
BWNC can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping rates are currently based on the weight of the items purchased. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If a larger sized flat rate shipping method is required we will invoice you the shipping difference. (This is very common on international orders)
BWNC is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. In the event of a lost or stolen item please refer to the carrier, advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the shipment leaves our facilities and the carrier states order status as delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. However, BWNC will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.

Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 10 additional business days during this time. BWNC strives to process orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. Order status inquiries are welcome and can be directed to shop@blackwithnochaser.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Inquiries are normally handled Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. *Hours are subject to change due to various circumstances.
